Renting Policies

DEPOSIT, HOUSEKEEPING, FUEL, DAMAGE, AND MISSING EQUPIMENT

A deposit in the amount of 500.00 is required the night before your reservation.  This is held from credit card you entered for rental.  It will be released after the vessel has been evaluated for new damage and equipment is accounted for.

Please be thoughtful and remove all belongings you brought along with you.  Clean vessel and remove any garbage and debris.

There will be a cleaning fee for any items left on the boat.  The cleaning fee is 50.00 to 150.00 depending on time needed to clean vessel.

Examples: If you leave garbage, food on floor or under seats you will be charged a minimum of 50.00.

If you bring your furry friend, person or pet and they are muddy and have left prints on flooring and seats it will be accessed, and you will be charged accordingly.

You are responsible for fueling vessel. You will pay the marina.  You can leave a credit card on file or pay in cash when you return.

If vessel is missing any equipment, you will be charged as follows:

Life jackets -30.00 per

Anchor-60.00

Ropes-15.00 per

Bumpers-30.00 per

Fire extinguisher-95.00

You will be charged a replacement fee for accessory rented that is damaged or lost.

Any damage or lost equipment incurred to vessel while in your possession should be noted immediately.

The damage will be assessed and deducted from your deposit.

DO NOT BEACH VESSEL/ NO GRILLS/ SMOKING/ OPEN FLAMES

You will be charged full replacement cost if you lose or damage the accessory you have rented.

A 500.00-dollar damage deposit is required.  Your card on file will be charged the night before reservation. After you return boat a 48-hour hold is placed on it.t.  If funds are not available a cash deposit will be required before your departure.  After your check in and boat is inspected for all of the inventory and possible damage, your funds will be released.

BOOKING INSURANCE

$59.00 flat fee

Life happens! Don’t let it ruin your adventure.

Have peace of mind by purchasing Booking Insurance. If an unforeseen emergency or extreme weather conditions at the lake have changed your plan you can rebook your lake adventure for another date during the same year’s boating season.

This insurance can be used for extreme weather or emergencies only.

You will need proof of hardship.

Booking Insurance must be used in same boating year.

You can rebook your time on the lake for the value of your initial booking. When using Booking Insurance if the daily rate is more than your original booking you will be charged for the cost of the upgrade.  You will have to purchase Booking Insurance with your new reservation if you choose.

Example: Your original booked date was for a Monday on the Bennington rear facing pontoon, but you can only make it to the lake on Saturday and you decide you would rather have the Premier 250 HP, you will pay for the difference in the day and the boat upgrade.

There are NO refunds unless the lake is closed. However, you may choose to purchase Booking Insurance offered for a fee 59.00, this allows you to re book within the current boating season

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS UNLESS LAKE IS CLOSED

EVERYONE must watch the provided safety video and if you are born after January 1st, 1989, the law requires you to watch the BOATING SAFTY VIDEO before departing the dock.

CHECK OUT AND RETURN

The boat will be available for check out at agreed upon time.  The rental must be returned at the time you have chosen during booking.  You will be given a 15-minute grace period.  Late returns will be charged $25.00 for every 15 minutes thereafter.

CANCELLATIONS

WEATHER We do not guarantee weather.  No refunds for weather.  Booking Insurance is available for extreme weather.

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS UNLESS THE LAKE IS CLOSED DURING YOUR RENTAL PERIOD.
